A pressure washer creates a strong water jet at the high-pressure nozzle that can remove stubborn dirt from various surfaces. It works by combining water and pressure to effectively loosen and rinse off dirt.
Select the nozzle and pressure setting appropriate for the application and surface as described in the operating instructions. The pressure setting can either be adjusted on the machine itself, on the spray gun or on the nozzle. The choice of nozzle depends on the type of dirt and the surface. For stubborn dirt on hard-wearing surfaces, a rotary nozzle can be suitable. It is important to keep the right distance from the surface and to proceed with caution.
When working with a pressure washer, we also recommend that you first check in an inconspicuous area whether the surface to be cleaned is suitable for using a pressure washer. Start with more distance and proceed with caution. You can also increase the strength of the jet by holding the nozzle closer to the surface.
Even and overlapping movements are recommended to ensure thorough cleaning. Start at the top and work your way down for even cleaning. Avoid concentrating the jet in one place for long periods of time to avoid damage.
